 Dr. Troy Norton was born and raised in Farmington, Maine. He graduated from Mt. Blue High School and The University of Maine Farmington with a B.S. in Biology. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN with a Doctorate of Optometry degree. He is active in the community as a member of the Farmington Rotary Club, Farmington Lions Club, and Farmington Downtown Business Association. He lives in Farmington with his wife Betsy and their three sons: Carter, Cameron and Bryce.
Dr. Norton has been in practice since 2000 when he took over the practice from Dr. Richard McGraw on Middle St. In June 2010 he moved the practice into a new state of the art facility in Narrow Gauge Square. There is currently a staff of ten.
